The Digs:
Small, local pizza shop feel. Order at the counter, take a number, and seat yourself. They’ll bring it to you. Or, you can order carryout or delivery!
There are restrooms for “Men” and “Women”, both with multi-stalls.
The Grub:
This, in my opinion, is the best pizza in Stanly County. Their sauce and crust are yummy and even though I feel like they changed the cheese recently, their cheese is good too. The toppings seem to be super fresh as well.
I highly recommend ordering a pizza, garlic knots with an extra side of Pizza Sauce and an extra side of their house salad dressing. I like to dip my garlic knot first in the pizza sauce, then into the dressing for a taste of heaven (and just to make it extra unhealthy for those of us on diets. LOL). Emricci’s house salad dressing is AMAZING and I think it’s probably because it is so fresh. I wish they would sell it by the bottle….That being said, I usually order an extra cup of it, regardless of what we order, so I have some in my fridge.
I’m not a mega fan of their marinara although it is starting to grow on me. They do have Lasagna and various other pasta dishes if you’re in the mood for pasta instead of pizza, but for me personally, I stick with pizza.
The Service:
Always great! This is not a place where they are going to wait on you every few minutes, but they’re prompt, friendly, and helpful.
The Scratch (Per Person):
$16-$30 This is certainly not the cheapest pizza place in town, but the quality is great.
The Duds:
Wear anything!
